Redemption Island (Island Duet #1)

If you have ever read one of LB Dunbar’s books, you know her passion for romance, rock stars, and twisting classic tales into modern day romances. This isn’t one of those. This is a dark story surrounding the choices of two people, Tack and Juliet, two people who met under a horrific condition that will forever be a part of their lives. Beware, the island smells your fear.

Terrance Jackson Corbin IV also known as Tack came from a privileged life. The son of a billionaire he could have everything he wanted. When a fateful night at his friend Rick’s club finds him being accused of a heinous crime and the subsequent death of his friend, Tack is given the opportunity to live in solitary on an island to make peace with his decisions that night. Thinking this will be easy and good for him he is ushered off to a remote island with nothing but a tent and basic living essentials. One year he has to spend here. One year to clear him of what he had done. But what he finds on the island is the one person who shouldn’t be there, the one person that he hurt, the face he can’t forget.

Juliet Montmore has had everything taken away from her the night she chose to go to the third floor of the night club she worked at. But she needed the job and didn’t feel in danger. So when she came to the realization of what was happening, she took matters into her own hand, but not before her life would be permanently scarred. Her whole life has been a rocky one. Living with an uncle who didn’t want her and learning to take care of herself at a young age, she did what she could to protect herself. But when her boss Rick Fontaine took something without her consent, she took something from him in return. His life. Now she was spending a year on an island to think about her choice. Deemed as a “social experiment” she was set to see this thru. What she didn’t expect was to see the face that has haunted her since that night. A face she wants to hate. A face that could change everything.

This book was a story of redemption, forgiveness, and letting go. Finding yourself and the strength to move past what happened. Forgiving the ones who have wronged and in turn find love with the one you never thought you would see again. The story of Tack and Juliet was one I couldn’t put down. Their confessions, their fears, and their realization of what truly happened. Unfortunately not all realizations are what they seem. The ending will have you shaking your head and trying to turn the next page. Only there isn’t one. It’s one of those books that will constantly have you thinking about it and going back over the story in your head to see what you missed. I love books like this!! LB Dunbar, you know I love every book you write, but this one will stick with me for a long time and be one of my favorite books of this year. A book that had me thinking so much, I couldn’t put this review into words. Well done!! Now, if you could just get me the second book that would be great. Put me out of my own head of what is going to happen. Thank you LB Dunbar for once again reminding me why I am such a fan.

About the Author

Avid drinker of Coca-Cola, L.B. Dunbar loves the sweet things in life. Her affair with all things romantic began with her first book at the tender age of six: Goldilocks and the Three Bears. One can never forget her first! From there, the reading journey includes a deep love of fairy tales, medieval knights, regency debauchery, and alpha males. She loves a deep belly laugh and a strong hug. Occasionally, she has the energy of a Jack Russell terrier. Accused, yes, that’s the correct word, of having an over active imagination; to her benefit, such an imagination works well. Author of over a dozen novels, she’s created small town worlds, rock star mayhem, and MMA chaos. Her other duties in life include: mother to four growing children and wife to the one and only.

New Release + 5 Star ARC Review ☆ Heph (Modern Descendents #3) by Elda Lore

Heph (Modern Descendents #3)  Elda Lore

ARC received for an honest review.

Reviewed by Jacqui

Well damn. There are some authors that when you finish their book, you have to take a couple of days to recover from such an amazing story. Heph – Modern Descendents #3 is one of those books and Elda Lore is one of those authors. Her ability to take characters from Greek Mythology and turn them into incredible stories is a gift. Everytime I read one of these stories, I fall in love with the character and think it can’t get better. But in the case of this series, each character becomes better and I can’t get enough.

Heph is one of the many children of Zeke, mentioned in Book 1 & 2. After being promised to a woman that cheated on him, Heph leaves and goes to Hestia’s house to get over everything. What he doesn’t expect when he arrives is to have his car shot with an arrow by Phyre and then to fall for the girl who could start fires. But he is willing to fight for his Little Spark.

Phyre found her way to Hestia’s, a safe place for people like her. Having lost her way in the world, she felt safe and in control at Hestia’s. That is until Hephaestus shows up and helps to make her forget she is different. But will she be able to get over the guilt she has over what she did to a man who took advantage of her? Will she give herself to the big, burly metalworker who could either make her happy or break her heart?

Heph will steal your heart. His and Phyre’s story is written with so many emotions and twists you won’t want to stop reading,as proven by my very tired looking eyes from staying up late. Elda Lore, you have outdone yourself and I am thrilled I got to read this book. Thank you for bringing us such a true love story. I can’t wait for the next one.

 Synopsis

Phyre has a haunting past. The girl without a last name and fire in her hands burns with a history of destruction to save herself. Solace is finally found in the cozy comfort of Hestia’s Home, a place for women who need hiding. Just like her five surrogate sisters-in-solitude, Phyre yearns to extinguish memories and rekindle her spirit. Her plan blazes forward until he arrives.
Hephaestus Cronus considers himself an ugly man. A near-death accident left him disabled but not without heart. His gratitude lies with the protection of his foster mother, Hestia. Running from a failed relationship, Heph only desires the familiar fires of the hearth at her home. Burned from the heartache, Heph never expected to spark a new flame in the rose-bud-cherry-haired girl missing a name.
This modern tale of Hephaestus, the metal working god, rights the wrong of a crippled man failed at love. Here the flaming passion he deserved as an under-recognized god is written in a new fashion with the fiery spirit of a woman who ignites true love between these twin flames.

Solis (Modern Descendents #2) Elda Lore

ARC Received for honest review.

Elda Lore gives us another Greek Mythology lesson with her latest addition to her Modern Descendents series. Solis is the story of Veva, Persephone’s best friend and Solis, one of Uncle Zeke’s many children. A carefree player and a girl who doesn’t trust men. What could possibly be the problem?

Solis is used to getting what and who he wants. But Vee has a wall up around her that seems impenetrable. But Solis loves a good challenge. He slowly starts to break down the wall and work his way into her heart. He challenges her spirit and helps her conquer her fears. Will this be enough for Vee to trust Solis and open up her heart though.

I loved the first book in the series, Hades, but I think I might have loved Solis a tad more. Fortunately Hades and Persephone are reunited in this book so we can keep up on their love story.

I can’t wait to see what more we get from Elda Lore and these magical beings. I am hooked already. Thank you Elda Lore for teaching us Greek Mythology in a way that makes us fall in love with it.

Veva Matron is a feisty girl raging with suppressed anger and distrust of men.Solis Cronus is a blindingly beautiful, Greek god of a guy, who likes to play women.

An electric hatred thunders through each of them about the other until one night, lightning strikes. A world of secrets reveals the destiny of two at odds with one another, and clouds the line between love and hate. Can a lively girl find calm in the stormy tension of a boy made of sunshine and sin?

The mythical tale of Zeus and Hera reignites in this modern interpretation of enemies to lovers. Full of flirty sexual angst and teasing temptation, Solis might be the one man who can extinguish Veva’s angry fire and ignite a different sort of flame: desire.

L.B. Dunbar
I’d like to say I was always a writer. I’d also like to say that I wrote every day of my life since a child. That I took the teaching advice I give my former students because writing every day improves your writing. I’d like to say I have my ten-thousand hours that makes me a proficient writer. But I can’t say any of those things. I did dream of writing the “Great American Novel” until one day a friend said: Why does it have to be great? Why can’t it just be good and tell a story?
As a teenager, I wrote your typical love-angst poetry that did occasionally win me an award and honor me with addressing my senior high school class at our Baccalaureate Mass. I didn’t keep a journal because I was too afraid my mom would find it in the mattress where I kept my copy of Judy Blume’s Forever that I wasn’t allowed to read as a twelve year old.
I can say that books have been my life. I’m a reader. I loved to read the day I discovered “The Three Bears” as a first grader, and ever since then, the written word has been my friend. Books were an escape for me. An adventure to the unknown. A love affair I’d never know. I could be lost for hours in a book.
So why writing now? I had a story to tell. It haunted me from the moment I decided if I just wrote it down it would go away. But it didn’t. Three years after writing the first draft, a sign (yes, I believe in them) told me to fix up that draft and work the process to have it published. That’s what I did. But one story let to another, and another, and another. Then a new idea came into my head and a new storyline was created.
I was accused (that’s the correct word) of having an overactive imagination as a child, as if that was a bad thing. I’ve also been accused of having the personality of a Jack Russell terrier, full of energy, unable to relax, and always one step ahead. What can I say other than I have stories to tell and I think you’ll like them. If you don’t, that’s okay. We all have our book boyfriends. We all have our favorites. Whatever you do, though, take time for yourself and read a book.

L.B. Dunbar has wowed our senses and then rocked us and now she is bringing us her newest series with some hot fighters. Abel is the first in her Paradise series and what a way to introduce us to it! Wow! It was hard not to fall in love with this book and the characters of Abel and Elma.

Both Abel and Elma have lived in the shadows of their brothers who are fighters and took care of them. When tragedy hits Elma and her family, it is up to her to be the responsible one and maybe find justice for her brother. Abel is tired of being told he is always the weaker son and decides to go and prove himself differently. Both coming from families of fighters, their paths cross and what starts out as a “tutoring” agreement, slowly turns into more.
I loved the chemistry created by L.B. Dunbar for these characters. There was tension, misunderstandings, raw emotions, and of course, amazing sex. So pretty much what anyone would expect from L.B. She has a way to make the reader relate to her characters and get emotionally involved in the story. If this book is an indication of how this series is going to be, I am staying for for the full count!! Thank you L.B. Dunbar once again! I can’t wait for Cain’s story!!

I’m not a lover either – but I wished to be – that’s why I needed her.
I met a girl in the pouring rain.

Because of love, I learned to fight.

Betas come second, but in this fight, my story is first.

The Truth of Tristan Lyons (Legendary Rock Stars Book 4)

ARC received for honest review

Well damn. I just finished Perkins Vale story and thought nothing could compete with that in this series. So far Perkins is my favorite of this awesome series. But then this ARC shows up on my kindle and I jump right in. Perkins, sorry buddy but The Heartbreaker might just have overtaken you as my favorite! Tristan Lyons, The Heartbreaker, womanizer of the The Nights escapes life to figure out his life and drink it away. Unfortunately, the house he is staying in has another unexpected guest doing the same thing. Ireland is escaping trying to figure out how to get out of an arrangement. When she stumbles on Tristan in her family’s house, they find a way to coexist and figure things out. What they find out about each other rocks their world and each needs to find the strength to stand up to it. Meanwhile Arturo has resurfaced and ready to make his reappearance. The Nights and all their respective others have a lot coming at them. Can they handle it?

Once again LB Dunbar has taken us on a journey with her unique way of telling an old story in a modern way. Okay she has made many changes but she does explain at the end of each book. I for one appreciated this since honestly I don’t know much of the story of King Arthur. To me, this is a better version. Still more questions to be answered but I can’t wait to see what those answers are. Thank you LB for another amazing book!

We are a band of brothers, soldiering through the world with our music. Only, our faithful leader is gone, and everyone else in the band is falling for the oldest trap: love. Love is a lie. It is painful. It is hurtful.

I need a break. I want to be alone. I’m not prepared to share the exclusive home on the Island. I’m not prepared for her. I don’t know who she is or why she’s here. She tells me to call her Ireland. I tell her my first name only. Originally, I don’t want to believe she doesn’t recognize me. Bass guitarist for The Nights, come on? After a while we both play the game. Secrets are another form of lies, aren’t they?

Our fantasy will crash to reality too soon. Secrets catch up to you. The truth has to be told. It confirms what I already know: love is a lie.

Until her.

The
Truth of Tristan Lyons
excerpt © L.B. Dunbar
I
wanted to know who she was. Scratch that, I didn’t care who she was. I wanted
to know how she got in the house. Damn these fangirls, sometimes.  They knew no shame.
“Hey,”
I said grabbing her upper arm. “How did you get in here?”
She
seemed caught unaware of my approach and screamed loudly, pushing at my chest
hard enough, the sheer surprise forced me to let go of her.
With
her hand on her chest and her breasts rising and falling in great agitation, I
was able to see her big blue eyes and the sprinkle of freckles across her nose.
Her chin length blonde hair fell forward as she bent to clasp her knees and
catch her breath.
Standing
up almost as quickly as she bent over, she spoke to me through delicious
looking pink lips.
“Who
the fuck are you?” she growled.
“Who
the fuck, are you?” I returned.
“I’m…”
“You
know what, never mind. You need to go,” I said, cutting her off and reaching
for her upper arm again. “I don’t know how you got in here, where you came
from, or how you found me, but you need to go.”
I
began to tug her toward the front entry, her feet sliding in her flip-flops
across the tile flooring. She pulled back, and the force made her skid on an
angle across the slippery surface as I dragged her. She continued to glare at
me quizzically, leaning away from me.
“I
don’t know what you are talking about?”
“Did
you follow me, is that it? See me in the airport?”
“What?”
“Okay,
I love you too, now you need to go. Okay?”
“What
are you talking about?”
“Don’t
pretend you don’t know who I am?”
“I
don’t.”
I
stopped, still holding firmly to her arm. Something in her voice sounded like
she was being serious.
“I’m
Tristan.”
She
blinked, confusion clearly on her face. I was thoughtful for a moment. It was
the innocence in her blue eyes, and the fact she looked like she might cry.
Something wasn’t right with this scenario.
“Trist
– an,” I said slowly, as if she had some type of hearing impairment.
“Who?”
I
narrowed my eyes at her.
“What
kind of music do you listen to?”
“Country,”
she answered so quickly, she didn’t even blink an eye or stop for thought. On
top of that, she said it in such a way that showed she was thoroughly confused,
and almost disgusted with me, for even asking such a ridiculous question. She wrinkled
her nose.
“Look,
I know the owner, and you shouldn’t be here.”
“I
know the owner,” I repeated, “and you shouldn’t be here.”
“I’m
not leaving,” she said, pulling at her own arm again and sticking out a hand to
press against my chest as leverage. I had tugged my shirt off at some point
while I was passed out, and her warm hand felt good on my air-conditioned cool
skin. Her hand was tiny, I noticed. All of her was thin.
“I’m
supposed to be here. Alone,” I emphasized again.
She
didn’t respond, so I added, “I think I’ll just call the owner myself, to see
where the mix up is.”
“No,”
she blurted, stopping in her physical struggle against me. Her eyes opened even
wider, if that was possible, and her face was suddenly full of something I
couldn’t read. Her blue eyes brightened in a frightening sort of way. Was that
fear? Good, she should be afraid.
“Please.
I swear. I’m allowed to be here. You don’t need to call Isa.”
She
had me. I didn’t really know who Isa was, and the girl sounded confident enough
that I let her call my bluff.
“If
there is a mistake, and you were scheduled to stay as well, I won’t complain.
As a matter of fact, I won’t even be in your way. You won’t even know I’m here.
I plan to keep to myself.”  Her eyes were
glassy, and again I worried she was about to cry.
I
released her arm and she pulled it back quickly. She fisted the hand of that
arm, holding it against her chest. She began rubbing her upper arm with the
opposite hand. I noticed again that she was thin, as were her breasts. I didn’t
care for small chested girls. I didn’t care for her.
“Well,
I’m Tristan, whom you claim to not know, and you are?”
“I’m…Ireland.”
“Ireland
what?”
“Just…Ireland.”
I
shook my head.
“So
this is how we’re going to play it? Fine, my Irish Isle. What are you doing in
the Caymans?”
She
looked at me for a moment, then leaned toward me and sniffed. She held the
disgusted expression on her face and wrinkled her nose as she pulled back.
“Probably
the same thing as you.”
“Drinking
myself into oblivion?” I laughed, crossing my arms over my bare chest
defensively.

“Hiding,” she replied.

L.B. Dunbar loves to read to the point it might be classified as an addiction. The past few years especially she has relished the many fabulous YA authors, the new genre of New Adult, traditional romances, and historical romances. A romantic at heart, she’s been accused of having an overactive imagination, as if that was a bad thing. Author of the Sensations Collection, Sound Advice, Taste Test, Fragrance Free, Touch Screen, and Sight Words, she is also author of the Legendary Rock Star series, beginning with The Legend of Arturo King. She grew up in Michigan, but has lived in Chicago for longer, calling it home with her husband and four children.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The Story of Lansing Lotte  by L.B. Dunbar

ARC received for an honest review

This is the second book in the Legendary Rock Star Series by L.B. Dunbar. If you haven’t read the Legend of Arturo King, you need to before going into this one. A modern day takeoff on King Arthur this story focuses on Lansing Lotte (Lancelot), Arturo King’s best friend, and lady killer of the band The Nights. Admittedly my knowledge of King Arthur is not good so reading these two books was just reading a good story to me. I knew the names and connected to the past but other than that, I couldn’t cross reference the two. To me, both these books were just well written books and enjoyable to read. There was enough backstory on the characters and their history I didn’t feel any need to compare.

With the story of Lansing, his killer good looks and reputation to match, quite honestly I wanted to walk up behind him and smack him on the back of the head and tell him to get his sh*t together(I feel like I lost track of how many women he was with in the book). Then he goes and does something sweet to redeem himself and I want to hug him. I was up and down on whether I wanted to like him or throttle him throughout the book. There is definite sex appeal to Lansing and it keeps you wanting more of him. A lucky little girl named Fleur gets to be his best friend and see just how sweet he really is.

But as the underlying story of Arturo keeps resurfacing and the tension between Lansing and Guinie, Arturo’s fiance’, continues, this series has the makings to be a must read for anyone. Because really, who can deny hot rockers? Thank you L.B. Dunbar!!

Synopsis

I get it. I’ve heard the jokes. My name sounds like some medieval character who was a hero. Hell, my best friend’s named Arturo King. Ring any medieval bells? But this is my story and I’m no hero. I also get the jokes. Lancelot is a play on the words lance and lot, and a lance refers to a sword, which is a euphemism for dick. What does a man do with his dick? He fucks. A lot. So if my name is Lansing Lotte, I must be “fucking lot.” Get it? Fucking a lot? Which I’m not saying I don’t, that’s not the point. Another reference to something sexual. Get my point? Huh, I made a punny. But again this is my story, and I haven’t done anything funny. In fact, I’ve killed three women, and only one of them I loved. Yeah, that’s right? Not laughing now. It’s not funny. And I’m definitely no fucking hero.

“Because I know you love her. It must hurt.”

“I…I don’t know that I’m capable of love, Lila. All I seem to do is destroy women, and myself.” She reached a shaky hand for me and pushed my longish bangs back from my forehead. It was surprisingly comforting.

“I don’t believe that,” she said. “I think you just have difficulty choosing someone safe.”

Her fingers continued through my hair and my muscles relaxed. It was soothing. It was motherly, which should have creeped me out, but didn’t. I don’t know what prompted me, but I laid my head down on her stomach. Her breathing was ragged, and I could hear her heart beat rapidly through the oxford shirt. She was holding her body still, but she continued to gently run her fingers through my hair. She was hesitant at first, almost as if she was petting me, but her fingers slipped into my longer locks and she massaged back and forth over my scalp.

I was relaxing into her stomach and my nose nuzzled against her. She was firm under there, and she had that sexy hip thing going on. She sucked in a breath when my nose drew a line back and forth across her belly. My mouth watered to get a taste of those hipbones just below her navel. She was dragging her fingers through my hair more intently, and I slid my face down her belly. She had a sweet fragrance about her, something flowery and something I wasn’t certain of at first. Instantly, I recognized that Lila smelled like sex.

My hand came up to remove the blanket from her legs and I heard her sigh. Her hand wrapped into my hair, tugging gently, and I took it as a sign to continue moving down her body. Her legs opened slightly and my nose dragged closer to my destination.

“You smell sexy, Lila.”

She sighed again and a choked sound followed. My eyes glanced up to discover hers were closed. Her head leaned back and her lips parted. I dragged my nose across her damp panties, inhaling her sweetness.

“You want me?” I breathed against her, knowing she was wet and ready for me under the cotton. I couldn’t believe it. Lila gave no hint that she was attracted me. She was well aware that I was continually turned on around her, but she gave me no indication that she could be attracted to me. Unless…

“We’re friends, right, Lila?” I said, a bit of curiosity in my voice.

She sighed again and I blew a breath onto her. Her arousal was heady, and I was intoxicated by her.

“We could be friends. Together. It would be a good distraction.” I kissed her over the cotton and I felt her sit upright. She looked drugged; her eyes glassy and confused.

“I can’t,” she said on a choke.

“What?” I softly groaned.

“I…I can’t do this with you.”

“Lila, I didn’t mean…”

She was pushing back into the corner of the couch, forcing me to sit upright. She grabbed the blanket off the floor to cover her, but then decided to stand.

“Lila, I…”

“I can’t compete with ghosts, Lansing.”

“Lila, it’s not like…”

“I know all about ghosts…and I can’t fight them whether dead…or alive,” Lila added, as she held the blanket before her legs like a shield and quickly turned to leave me stunned on the couch.

Character Introduction: Lansing Lotte

Paisley Belle reporting for Guitar Central. Today’s interview is with Lansing Lotte, guitar hero for the award winning rock band, The Nights. Despite the recent tragedy for The Nights, I was able to sit down with Mr. Lotte in a small coffee shop down the street from his historical home in New York City. Perkins Vale, drummer, and Tristan Lyons, bass guitarist, will be joining us soon, but with the few private minutes alone, I begin my inquiry.

Let’s start with how you got into music?

L: My mother was the most instrumental in my introduction to the guitar. Pardon the pun. She was what you’d call laid back, a naturalist, almost hippy-like. Music surrounded us and she eventually taught me to play on a 1931 Gibson L-I Flattop. I still have that guitar all these years later.

Speaking of family, we understand you’ve had a rather unusual upbringing.

L: (growing fidgety) I don’t typically talk about it, but yes, Vivian DuLac is not my natural mother. Yes, I did inherit Logres Construction.

Lansing remains silent for a moment, reflective, and I decide to move on.

Tell me about your nickname: The Lady Killer.

L: (flinches at first, but then relaxes, pushing his longer bangs off his forehead) Yeah, well, I’m okay with the ladies (a sly crooked smile begins and those blue eyes sparkle), but I’ve been known to make a few mistakes, break a few hearts. Maybe one too many. (sighs).

Broken hearts, what about being a hero?

L: (sitting up straighter and continuing to fidget with the coffee cup in front of him) I wouldn’t say I’m a hero. I did what anyone would do. I have…a connection…to the little girl. I needed to get to her.

(Raising my eyebrow) A connection, how?

L: (smiling deeper) It’s a long story (laughs).

Well, tell me the story of the band. How did you all come together?

L: I met Arturo when we were teenagers; he’s two years older than me. It was a fight over a girl (he looks away for a moment). Anyway, met Perkins in the woods one summer. We just sort of clicked. He’s a natural on the drums. Met Tristan after Arturo went to college. We just gel, a band of brothers.

(I soften my tone) And speaking of brothers, how are you all holding up with the news of Arturo?

L: What news?

Well, the recent events surrounding Arturo and his…

L: There is no news. All we know is Arturo was in an accident. I’m sure you’ve seen the images. Graphic. Disturbing. But we are still hoping for the best. He’s been spotted sporadically, but we don’t have any definite leads. What we do know, is if Arturo King were dead, we would all feel it. Our connection is that strong. If one goes, we would know it.

In an attempt to change directions, I ask: How is Guinevere DeGrance?

L: Why?

I’m taken aback for a moment and then he continues.

L: I apologize. Guinevere is holding up the best she can. Obviously this has all been quite a blow to her. She’s been through a lot, but she’s a strong woman. She’ll make it through this. She has me. She has the band. We are all there for one another.

There for each other, but who is there for you, specifically? (winking)

L: (seeming to relax). Someone amazing is there for me. I didn’t see her coming, but she means everything to me. She’s changed my life, literally. It’s a new chapter for me, and I’m looking forward to where this will lead (smiles deeply).

I can feel the exciting energy for his unspoken new love interest, but I decide not to pry further.

Okay, can you comment on your world tour being cancelled?

L: We had to cancel. We won’t continue without Arturo, so we decided to wait. The fans have been understanding. We are still working on finishing the album, and looking forward to a release tentatively in August. We appreciate everyone’s support for Arturo and we are certain he feels the love they keep sending out to him.

Anything you want to say to your fans?

L: We love you. Thanks for your support. We’re sticking together, no worries. You can keep up to date with all things The Nights on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/737318906359166/

At that point, a beautiful blonde woman and a little girl dressed in a ladybug costume enter the coffee shop. Lansing’s attention shifts immediately and the little girl waves to him. He winks at her and she giggles in response. I don’t miss that his eyes wander up to the woman who waits patiently in line for coffee, not acknowledging him. The weight of the Lady Killer’s attention must be too much, because she turns toward us, and slowly smiles at Mr. Lotte. I’ve seen that look before on a few ladies of society. This one definitely has more-than-a-crush on the rock star sitting before me, but I can tell by the look on his face, he feels the same way about her.

There’s no sign of Perkins Vale or Tristan Lyons, but I can’t wait to get the nitty-gritty on the quiet member of the band, Perkins. That giant drummer has some secrets, and I can’t wait to learn them next.
