When the rescue mission of the Others ends with Griff’s capture, Shar is surprised to find that her connection to Savannah is gone but a new connection to an unknown man opens up. With the ES never having seen the likes of Griff, they use Shar to try and seduce him to learn more information about him. When she learns that he is the one who tried to save her, a true connection is formed between them. Now they must work together to get away from the ES labs. In doing so they find a love in each other. With the help of the Rebellion and a man from Shar’s past, they find their way out but only to lose each other again while trying to fight the connection they have. Their love for each needs to keep them stronger to continue to help find the truth of the Veil and the ES.

Always a fan of Christi Snow, I am looking forward to more stories in this series. Since I read one right after the other it helped to keep the stories fresh. But now I fear I will have to wait awhile for the next one. But with the idea of the characters coming up, they no doubt will be worth the wait. So once again, thank you Christi Snow for another great read. I can’t wait to see where this series goes!

Synopsis

A rescue gone wrong.

It was supposed to be simple. Four members from the Western States planned to sneak into the Eastern States to free four condemned Others. But when they arrived at the experimental labs where the Others were being held, it was under attack from Rebel forces.

Griff Hughes had one job…

He had to find Shar, a wounded hawk shifter. But in the ensuing chaos, he became a captive instead of a rescuer. Three days later he awakens in his own cage, alone. But during the nights, he’s not alone. An alluring redhead with a siren’s call visits his dreams, and his resistance is breaking down.

Shar McIntire is just trying to survive.

After three years in captivity, Shar has one goal…keep her and her sister alive. To do so means cooperating with the evil doctors who want her to seduce and manipulate Griff. She likes and is drawn to the man with the strange chocolate wings, but she can’t let that attraction distract her. Her sister’s fate is in her hands.

In the last eighteen years, life hasn’t been easy for anyone.

The WS and the ES have been separate entities, but once the Veil was crossed, things began to evolve. It’s a new world, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to get easier anytime soon.

First off how can you not want to read a book about a hot model? A hot model named Joshua Scott Brown who is a former soldier and now a fitness model. When he is asked to escort a model down the runway during a lingerie show, little did he know his life was about to become headline news. But as any good guy would do, he saved a model from a fall that could be devastating. Now all of a sudden he is thrown into a media circus and is suddenly the fiance of the model.

When PR mogul Autumn Layne set this all up, she never expected to fall for the hunky model. But when she realizes all the things they have in common, especially an addiction to a video game, all bets are off. Problem? He is supposed to be the fiance of a very popular model and she is the PR firm for the couple. But she can’t hide the attraction to Joshua.

Christi Snow has once again taken us into the world of a popular male model and given us a story that would make any woman swoon over this guy. How could you not? Christi Snow knows how to create some serious chemistry in her characters while still making the male lead a nice guy. He doesn’t have to be the rich bazillionaire. He is written as a regular everyday believable character. This is why these stories have kept me wanting more. Thank you Christi Snow for bringing us the Male Model Chronicles.

Synopsis

December is the time for romance, twinkling lights, and roaring fires in the fireplace. It’s also time for the annual Holiday Fantasy Lingerie show. This year, the show has a masculine twist with the introduction of male models who were once soldiers.

Joshua Scott Brown has made quite a name for himself as a male fitness model since he got out of the Air Force. But nothing prepares him for the media circus that occurs after he catches one of the female lingerie models during the live show, preventing her from a ten-foot fall. Now the lingerie company wants to turn that media coverage into holiday profit by pairing him up romantically with the model. Unfortunately, he only has eyes for Autumn Layne, the publicist who keeps pushing him into another woman’s arms.

The third in a new series of novels inspired by Shauna Kruse’s photography and her beautiful male models.

The Male Model Chronicles.

Right By Your Side (Martin Ranch #1) Christi Snow

ARC received from author for honest review for CJ’s Book Corner

Yet another incredible read from Christi Snow! How can you go wrong writing about a gorgeous cowboy with a heart of gold? Scott Martin is written just like that. Although he is running on empty trying to keep up with everything going on in his life, when he happens upon a bus crash he doesn’t hesitate to help. When one of the victims is the current hottest young female country singer he knows he needs to help in anyway he can. She takes an immediate trust in Scott and depends on him while her best friend KC heals from his injuries. Christi Snow slowly works the chemistry up between these two that when they finally realize neither is in another relationship, the reader’s own heart is beating for them. Just another fine example of how Christi Snow draws her readers in. Once she gets you there, you don’t want it to end. I couldn’t put this book down. Now I have to wait for the next one.

Thank you Christi Snow for the chance to read and review this book. I will always jump on the chance to be able to. The way your characters and stories are written make me always wanting more. Let the waiting begin! Until then, I will just admire the cover. Again, and again.

Lance (Male Model Chronicles #2) by Christi Snow

ARC received for an honest review

Lance Jones, the man, the myth, the guy who is on the cover of every romance novel you see lately! For good reason. You have to admit the guy is gorgeous and the tattoos mixed in help indeed. Christi Snow has taken that mix and turned it into a short story worthy of reading to get your Lance fix and HEA. In this case, Lance Jones is Matthew Lancer, billionaire, Italian suit wearing CEO during the day. But one call from Shauna Kruse and he sheds the suit and and becomes Lance Jones, model for Andi Kelly, Erotic author and shy quiet fan of his. Of course she is smitten with the model but aside from fantasies, doesn’t see anything happening. Wrong. From there, she is caught up in his business life as an unknown pawn to take him down. She keeps hearing the name Matthew Lancer and has no idea who that is. That is until he is brought into where she is unconscious. Let the feisty side of her be released!

The stories are fun to read (this is the second in the series after Justin) and give a little flirtiness to the men we all like to see on the cover of our books. That is fine by me! Lance, feel free to buy me Louboutin’s! Thank you Christi Snow for another great read! Thank you Shauna Kruse for the cover picture! Thank you Lance Jones for humbling me and taking your picture with me once.
