L.A. Cotton does not disappoint with her follow up to Loyalty and Lies (Chastity Falls #1) with this book. It was not hard to fall back into the story of Ana and Jackson and the troubles in Chastity Falls. The story line pulled you in and put you on an emotional ride with the people in this crazy place. At times you wanted to fall in love with characters, Paul, hate characters just as much, too many to name, and slap some upside the head, Jackson, and of course feel sorry for Ana and tell her what she should do. Throw a little crazy Latino roommate in there and you won’t want to put the book down, and I didn’t. I’m usually pretty good about figuring out what will happen but there were enough twists and turns in this that I didn’t see it. Of course I’m left hanging at the end and waiting for the next book.
This series is a definite read and I cannot wait to see where the third book takes this story. Thank you L.A. Cotton for another great read!
